Understanding the IT Nation Evolve program
This kit is designed to help you make the most of your investment in IT Nation Evolve. Our meetings are different from most industry events you may have encountered:
Focused Week of Goals and Growth each Quarter
We gather quarterly for a week-long meeting with a strong focus on accountability and goal setting.
Two-Day Peer Group Sessions
Peer group meetings are two days long. Half of the groups meet Monday or Tuesday and half meet Thursday or Friday.
Connecting Through Community Day
Wednesday is Community Day and has an overlap of attendees from both ends of the meeting week. Community Day sessions have a strong leadership focus.
Leaders Learning Together
Our attendees are all owners, CEOs, or decision makers who join peer groups to help them to learn to work on their business instead of in their business.
IT Nation Evolve's four plans
Members focus on one of four plans each quarter:
Q1 Leadership
The Leadership Plan brings clarity to how leaders are investing in their own growth and the development of their teams. It helps members identify leadership priorities and build intentional strategies for mentoring and team development.
Q2 Legacy
The Legacy Plan is made up of business and personal legacy plan, helping our members begin with the end in mind and consider the impact we want to leave when we are no longer leading and no longer living. Legacy plans capture a vision of the impact your life and leadership can make. Direction determines destination.
Q3 Life
The Life Plan guides members in aligning their personal actions with their long-term vision. It serves as a yearly guardrail to ensure decisions and habits are pointing toward the legacy they want to create. It’s about living intentionally, one year at a time.
Q4 Business
The Business Plan focuses on the foundational elements of running a successful company. Members define their target market, refine product and pricing strategies, and establish a rhythm of annual planning that drives measurable results.
