Helpful information for your participation

Our goal is to help you be as successful as possible at IT Nation Connect Europe 2026. This kit will help you understand the opportunities and tools available to you as a sponsor. It’s also where you can access the exhibitor agenda, Cvent exhibitor portal information, marketing materials, third-party usage guidelines, and more! Please bookmark and save this information for your reference as you prepare for the event.

IT Nation Connect Europe is a three-day event designed for managed service providers (MSPs) who want to enhance their business value and gain a competitive edge in today’s rapidly evolving technology landscape. The knowledge, connections, and opportunities you’ll gain from this event can transform your business and position you for sustainable growth and profitability.

The event is taking place at the Hilton London Metropole. Don’t miss out on staying on-site at the event! Book your discounted hotel room(s) through the block by 6 February. Once the block is full, no additional rooms will be added. The link to book a room in our hotel block is coming soon! 

Your registration includes access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, and networking.

We use the Cvent exhibitor portal to help you stay on top of your sponsorship deliverables. The portal includes a list of tasks with due dates, which will be your deliverable checklist. You can drill into each task to view more details. 

This is also where you can register exhibiting staff and purchase LeadCapture licenses (see below) to collect leads during the event. If you have already set up your exhibitor portal account through the welcome email invite, you can log in now.

Important note: Please do not click “add your company” after your initial registration. This will create a duplicate account instead of giving you access to your existing account. If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot?”

After you register, you can add your exhibiting team for the event through the exhibitor portal. Full directions for registering your team can be found within your tasks.  

Important note: Exhibitors cannot register for the conference through the main event website. You must use the exhibitor portal.  

We use Cvent LeadCapture to capture in-person leads at the event. Diamond and Platinum exhibitors have a set number of “bring-your-own-device” LeadCapture licences included with their sponsorship, but you may purchase additional licences if needed. Gold exhibitors can purchase licences through the exhibitor portal. This license allows you to scan attendee badges on your personal device—iOS (12+) and Android (5.1+) devices supported—with the Cvent app. Log in to the portal to purchase and assign licences and customise LeadCapture questions.

Each exhibitor will be provided with a table and chairs in the exhibit hall and may bring pop-up banners to display behind the table and a cloth table banner.

  • All exhibitors must remain inside the designated booth and floorspace allotted for their respective sponsorship.
  • Booth height restrictions of eight feet for backdrops and four feet for side walls will be enforced.
  • Start-up and PitchIT kiosks are designed as stand-alone displays. The only exception is one stool on either side of the kiosk. No supplementary items may be added, such as banners, tables, additional displays, etc.
  • Helium, gobos, and amplified audio are specifically prohibited in the exhibit hall.
  • Any food and beverage to be consumed or distributed on the hotel property (even pre-packaged items) must be purchased or pre-approved by the hotel catering department prior to the conference.

Promotional materials

Exhibiting at IT Nation Connect Europe creates a great opportunity to connect with your existing clients and prospects on a more personal level. Letting your audience know early and often that you’ll be attending the conference will encourage them to visit your exhibition. Third-party usage guidelines

ConnectWise has built a lot of relationships across the industry, and many of them like to show it off, which is very flattering. While we’re always happy to be featured alongside all our ecosystem friends and partners, please follow a few guidelines to ensure ConnectWise is appropriately represented across any deliverable.

There are three scenarios in which the ConnectWise brand is approved for use by a third-party. Regardless of the use, ConnectWise requires written approval before any material is produced using the ConnectWise brand.

  1. ConnectWise customers (we call them partners): The ConnectWise logo and brand names can be used by any current partner. These uses may include but are not limited to, websites, tradeshow booths, and collateral to advance their marketing efforts.
  2. Integrated solution partners: Solution partners within our ecosystem can use the ConnectWise logo and brand names to advertise an integrated product or feature. If the solution partner is a member of the ConnectWise Invent™ program, the Invent logo should be featured instead of the parent ConnectWise logo to advertise the program adherence and deeper integration than other solution partners.  
  3. Sponsorships: The ConnectWise logo and brand names can be used by a third-party that has a signed sponsorship or co-branding agreement with ConnectWise. When referencing ConnectWise or its products at an event, third-party sponsorships may not imply that ConnectWise is conducting, sponsoring, or associated in any way with the seminar, training, or event without specific prior written authorization from ConnectWise.  

Whatever the use, the scope and nature of participation or partnership with ConnectWise must be clear. We are not a seller or co-seller in any form. ConnectWise is a partner, sponsor, or featured company, but we may not necessarily endorse the deliverable or content.

Sizing and hierarchy are key to identifying the role of ConnectWise in any deliverable usage:

  • The ConnectWise logo should be the same size as an equivalent partner, sponsor, or vendor.
  • The ConnectWise logo should be secondary to the primary company.
  • Refer to the ConnectWise Brand Guidelines for detailed logo usage and restrictions.
  • To maintain the ConnectWise brand’s integrity, our logo, company name, and owl icon cannot be included in any items that may reflect poorly on the brand. Such items include but are not limited to, promoting excessive drinking, crass or offensive humour, sex, violence, drug use, or any illegal activities.
