Peter Kujawa has over 20 years of experience leading businesses ranging from early stage to mature and from privately held to publicly traded. Peter oversees Service Leadership and IT Nation, which includes community programs such as IT Nation Connect, IT Nation Evolve peer groups as well as ConnectWise partner advisory councils.
Prior to his current role, Peter served as president of an MSP for 11 years. He led the turnaround of the business including its acquisition by one of the largest privately held office equipment dealers in North America. During his time there, the company became an early adapter of managed cybersecurity services. The revenue growth went from $2.2m to $16.5m and employee growth from 18 to 85 employees. Peter also served simultaneously as the Corporate Counsel of the parent company that acquired the MSP.
Before joining the MSP, Peter was CEO for fintech company Info-Pro Lender Services. Under his direction, Info-Pro achieved extreme growth and developed a then-revolutionary, fully online, and proprietary SaaS model, which enabled greater automation, security, and integration with client loan services platforms.
Peter worked for Thomson Reuters in their law content division, Westlaw, and for nine years in various sales and sales leadership positions in the cellular communications industry for US Cellular and BellSouth Mobility.
Peter has been recognized as an MSPMentor Top 250 People in Managed Services, 2023 Channel Influencer by Channel Futures, and 2025 CRN® Channel Chief. He served for nine years as an advisory board member for MSPAlliance.
Peter received his Juris Doctor from Marquette Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Marquette University and has completed multiple executive education courses from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
Robert (Rob) Bufano has over 15 years of finance experience in sectors ranging from technology service providers, SaaS, entertainment and digital media. Prior to joining Service Leadership, Inc.®, a ConnectWise company, Robert was Vice President of Finance at Vydia Inc., a venture capital backed startup company providing music distribution platform service. Before joining Vydia, Robert spent 6+ years at the New Jersey based MSP, Domain Computer Services (now Integris) as Vice President of Finance. In that role, he was involved in multiple acquisitions and led the financial transition from a family-owned business to a Private Equity backed venture, all while helping drive organizational improvements to achieve best-in-class results.
Prior to Integris, Robert spent eight years at Motown/Republic Records in various finance positions where he was responsible for the monthly financial planning and analysis, and managed corporate finance reporting.
Robert is a graduate of Montclair State University holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. He is an Advisory Board Member for the CFO Alliance and a CFO Leadership Council member.
Scott Susens has over 30 years of experience in product management and in building and leading consulting services and service delivery teams. Prior to joining Service Leadership, Inc.®, a ConnectWise company, Scott was Senior Vice President of the Low Voltage Cabling division of Morley Moss, a commercial electrical contracting company providing data center construction services. Before joining Morley Moss, Scott spent over 10 years at Broadcast.com, then Yahoo, as Director of Program Management leading the Commercial Services department.
Prior to Yahoo/Broadcast.com, Scott spent six years at CompuCom, a billion-dollar Value Added Reseller (VAR) in various positions where he was responsible for service delivery. He also developed and led the nationwide consulting services organization.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
