General

When is IT Nation Connect™ Global? IT Nation Connect Global is November 5-7, 2025, at the Rosen Shingle Creek® hotel in Orlando. Please reference your conference registration email to book a room in our discounted block.

Who should attend? IT Nation Connect Global is for everyone in the industry. The agenda focuses on managed service providers (MSPs) and IT professionals looking for better ways to run and grow their businesses and connect with like-minded peers.

There is something for every role, and there are ample opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn. Business leaders and managers will find useful information and tools to empower their teams with sessions focused on business building, industry trends, thought leadership, and much more!

What’s the dress code? IT Nation Connect Global is a casual conference. Think slacks, company polos, and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions.

How do I register? Click here!

How much does it cost? Register before August 28, 2025, 11:59pm ET to take advantage of our early-bird pricing! For a detailed breakdown of pass types and inclusions, visit our pricing page.

What’s included in the price of registration? Visit our pricing page to learn about the types of passes we offer. Please note: Travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation are not included in the registration fees for any pass. All pass types receive a login to our virtual platform to access the recorded content on-demand for 90 days after the event.   

I only want to attend the Solution Pavilion expo hall. Is this an option? Yes, visit our pricing page for more info on this type of pass.

How can I add a team member? If you’ve registered for an All-Access Pass, additional attendees from your company will automatically receive a 20% discount on their All-Access Pass registration when added to the primary registrant’s record. There is a button on the final page of registration for this option.

Can I bring my spouse/guest/significant other? Yes, you can add a social guest to your pass for $275, which allows access to the Welcome Reception, off-site IT Nation Celebration, and the Closing Party! There is a button on the final page of registration for this option. Children are not permitted at the event. Please note: Breakfasts and lunches are not included in this pass.

Can I bring my child? Children are not permitted at the event.

Is there a virtual pass option? Yes, attend live right from your own home with our free virtual pass. It includes all keynotes and 40 selected breakout sessions streamed live and available on-demand for 90 days after the event.

What meals are included in my registration? For an All-Access Pass, dinner is included Wednesday at our Welcome Reception. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on Thursday and Friday at the conference events.

Can I register and not pay for a hotel room? Yes, registration does not include the cost of your hotel room. Feel free to stay anywhere you’d like, but don’t forget that we negotiate special room rates at our conference hotels. A link to reserve your spot in our block of rooms is in your conference registration email.

How do I edit my registration? You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, add pre-conference workshops, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation number is provided in an email after you register. Please check your junk or “other” folders if you do not see it in your inbox after registration. If you registered and did not receive a confirmation number, please email us.

What is your cancellation policy? If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registration until October 1, 2025, at 11:59pm ET for a full refund. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. Virtual passes are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by ConnectWise, registrants will receive a full refund. You can transfer your pass to another attendee up until the start of the event, which can be done by emailing us.

Travel and hotels

When should I travel? The conference officially kicks off at 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, November 5, but we have optional pre-conference events (additional costs may apply) and casual meet-ups happening before that. To take advantage of all opportunities, consider arriving on Tuesday, November 4. Plan on going home on Saturday, November 8, to make sure you can attend our closing party Friday night and catch all the action. Check out the agenda for more details (coming soon!). 

Where are the hotels, and how do I access the special room rates? 
Links to book a room with our special blocks will be in your registration confirmation email. Please check your junk or “other” folders if you do not see it in your inbox after registration. 

Complimentary transportation will be provided on a loop from the Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza hotels to the main event hotel (about a 10-minute trip).

Breakout Sessions

Where can I find the breakout sessions? When finalized, the breakout session schedule will be posted on our website under the “Sessions” tab. 

Can I register for breakouts ahead of time? No, all breakouts during the conference are first come, first served. Adding a session to your schedule on the mobile app does not guarantee you a seat, so make sure to arrive early to any of your must-attend sessions.

How do I know which sessions to attend? Our sessions are broken into topic categories:  

  • Cybersecurityand AI
  • Sales and Marketing 
  • Service Delivery and Operations 
  • Leadership and Management
  • Strategy and Growth

You can stick to one track or jump around to different sessions—it’s up to you!  
Note: Pre-conference workshops require pre-registration and may have an additional cost. 

I have a virtual pass—how do I know which sessions I can watch, and how do I access them? As we get closer to the event, we’ll post the virtual breakout sessions on our website. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to log into the platform about a week before IT Nation Connect Global.
