General

What is IT Nation Connect™ ANZ? IT Nation Connect ANZ 2025 is the largest gathering of managed service providers (MSPs) in the Asia-Pacific region. Attendees can learn from their peers in a collaborative and engaging setting where they can discuss various business topics. Whether you are in cybersecurity, sales, operations, finance, or service delivery, this is the industry conference with opportunities to engage with like-minded peers.   

When is IT Nation Connect ANZ 2025? We’re hosting IT Nation Connect ANZ at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, 20-22 August 2025. 

Who should attend? Sessions and content are designed for various roles in your organisation. Depending on your goals, there are sessions and workshops for your leadership team, service or operations managers, sales or service team, and cybersecurity pros. We recommend setting goals to help you select attendees from you business.  

I’m not a ConnectWise partner. Can I still attend? Yes! IT Nation Connect ANZ is for everyone in the IT industry. This must-attend conference is your chance to learn from the ecosystem and vendor thought leaders, cybersecurity industry experts, ConnectWise partners, and more.

What’s the dress code?  IT Nation Connect ANZ is a casual conference. Think slacks, company polos, and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions.    

Registration

How do I register? Registration will open later this month!

When does early bird pricing end? Early bird pricing ends on 24 July 2025 at 11:59pm. Early bird pricing is $550 per person, and regular pricing is $700 per person.

Which meals are included in my registration?     

  • Wednesday: Substantial hors d’oeuvres at our Welcome Reception    
  • Thursday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner    
  • Friday:  Breakfast, lunch, and appetisers at the closing event  

Can I bring my spouse/guest/significant other?  Yes, we are currently offering a Social Guest pass add-on for $225/person, which includes access to the Welcome Reception, Pub Crawl, and IT Nation Celebration. It can be added to an All-Access pass in the registration process. The Social Guest pass does not include breakfasts or lunches. Are there discounts for multiple attendees from my company? Yes! When you add attendees to an existing All-Access pass, you’ll receive a 20% discount for each additional attendee. If you plan to register more than five (5) attendees from your company, please reach out to nationsevents@connectwise.com for additional saving options.    

Can I register and not pay for a hotel room? Yes, registration does not include the cost of your hotel room. Feel free to stay anywhere you’d like, but don’t forget that we negotiate special room rates at the venue. A link to reserve your spot in our block of rooms is in your conference registration email. 

How do I edit my registration? You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, add pre-event workshops, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation number will be in your registration confirmation email. Please check your junk or “other” folders if you do not see it in your inbox after registration. If you have further issues, email nationsevents@connectwise.com

What is your cancellation policy? If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registration until 23 July 2025 for a full refund. After that, no refunds are permitted. However, if your plans change after that date, you may transfer your pass to another attendee up until the start of the event, which can be done by emailing us at nationsevents@connectwise.com.  If IT Nation cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund.

Travel and hotels

When should I travel? IT Nation Connect ANZ kicks off on Wednesday, 20 August at 5:00pm AET and wraps up on Friday, 22 August at 9:00pm AET. Some optional pre-event workshops before the kick-off may affect your travel decisions if you wish to attend. We recommend arriving Wednesday morning or anytime on Tuesday and leaving on Saturday. 

Where is the hotel, and how do I access the special room rates?  The conference is being held at Hyatt Regency Sydney, 161 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. We’ve secured a room block at the venue with special pricing for attendees. A link for booking, including pricing details, will be in your registration confirmation email.   

Breakout Sessions

Where can I find the breakout sessions? When finalised, the breakout session schedule will be posted on our website under the “Sessions” tab.

How do I pre-register for sessions? No session registration is needed! However, we recommend planning the sessions you would like to attend to ensure you arrive in time to get a seat.  The additional and optional pre-event workshops have limited space and require reserving a spot, which you can do during registration. Pre-event workshop registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Miscellaneous

What kind of networking can I expect? We pride ourselves on our community and have networking events throughout IT Nation Connect ANZ! Our featured events are the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, our Thursday night Solutions Pavilion Pub Crawl, and IT Nation Celebration on Thursday evening. We also offer a variety of smaller networking opportunities throughout the conference, so you can find like-minded peers to network with!  

When will the next IT Nation event for the Asia-Pacific region be held? Save the date—details on the 2026 location and dates will be announced soon! 

Will there be a mobile app for the event? Yes! The mobile app is essential to navigating your experience at IT Nation Connect ANZ. It will be available for download in your app store in early August. Instructions will be sent out in a “Know Before U Go” email.
